This beautifully furnished 3-room duplex apartment in the middle of Zingst was just completed this year. It is 75 m², has two bedrooms, a south-west balcony and is suitable for 4 people. A light-flooded apartment awaits you, with lovingly furnished rooms. The gallery gives you a lot of room height and width. Here the whole family feels comfortable and can fully enjoy the Baltic Sea vacation. This exclusive apartment lacks nothing. From the fully equipped kitchen, to a table grill to the washing machine, everything is available. You will even find a TV in each room for hotel comfort in your vacation home. You enter the duplex apartment on the 2nd floor and enter the spacious living room with an open kitchen via the hallway on the right. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to cook extensively. With the Nespresso coffee maker, you can enjoy excellent coffee. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms that offer you a comfortable night's sleep. In the lower bedroom, you will find a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), from which you can look directly at the large built-in cabinet in which an LED TV is integrated. The comfortable wing chair also offers the possibility of a temporary retreat for a "private TV program" or a quiet evening of reading. The upper bedroom can be reached via a staircase in the spacious hallway. At the top, a small gallery awaits you, giving the living area below a spacious open character. From the gallery you also have access to a small storage room for useful things. Opposite you will find the upper bedroom that spoils you with a refreshing look. There are two comfortable single beds. In this bedroom, too, you can relax and watch TV from the bed. The beautiful bathroom with daylight immediately welcomes you with a pleasant warmth through the underfloor heating. The walk-in shower offers a pleasant "shower" without feeling cramped. There is enough storage space for your bathroom utensils, an LED mirror, a towel radiator as well as a washing machine, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror complete the furnishings. Our laundry packages cost 24.00 EUR per person in the low season and 28.00 EUR per person in the high season extra and include bed linen, a large and small towel. Furthermore, regardless of the number of people, 1 starter package with dishwasher tabs, dish towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. is included. A parking space does not have to be registered, but costs 2.00 EUR per day. Please also note that you will be charged for guest cards. This fee is required by the responsible municipality.
