Bay of Grace A Boater's Paradise Riverfront Gem

Bay of Grace is a totally remodeled high-end home directly on the river with a pool, wading pool, and hot tub...all with spectacular views of the river and sunsets. There is an extensive dock system for your large or small boats or if you rent one there is plenty of space to dock it in the calm and tranquil bay and a public boat ramp nearby. Come enjoy a family vacation or relaxing weekend getaway on the river. We do not allow parties and ask that you respect the neighbor's peace and quiet. The space Bay of Grace is a boater's paradise. There are two docks jutting off the seawall for docking boats or other watercraft. It is in a protected bay off the Caloosahatchee River. There is also a great pool system with a wading pool for the little ones, A hot tub for the adults, and a pool for everyone. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in this one-story home with a high vaulted ceiling. There are 3 beds in the master bedroom which will sleep 4 and each of the other 2 bedrooms sleep 2 each for a total of 8 people. We provide a 2-person kayak, paddleboard, fishing poles, adult and children's board games, beach equipment, children's toys and equipment, smart TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the large front yard, all the living space in the house, the back outside area, pool, and the docks. There access to the garage for one car and an extra refridgerator. Other things to note Strict quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbors.
