Cabin Features: This one-bedroom Bunkie is as functional as it is inviting, with well-curated details designed for ease and simplicity: Main Living Area: Features a king-size bed, mounted smart TV, and a layout that maximizes space without sacrificing comfort. Kitchenette: Stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, two-burner cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking essentials. Bathroom: Full bath with walk-in shower and vessel sink. Laundry: Enjoy the added convenience of a washer/dryer combo for longer or low-maintenance stays. Everything you need, nothing you don’t—just clean design and a great place to land after a day of exploring. Outdoor Space: Whether you're into active mornings or slow sunset strolls, you’ll love how close The Commissioner is to all the action. And yes, we take brunch very seriously. #MyHarborGetaway House Rules: Please help us keep The Commissioner peaceful and guest-ready for everyone: Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. No parties, tents, or large gatherings No smoking indoors or on the property ($500 fine) Pet Policy: We welcome one well-behaved dog (75lb max). A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies. Pets must be leashed when outdoors and crated when left unattended. Ignoring the pet policy may result in a $300 fine. The Commissioner is professionally managed by Harbor Inn Vacation Rentals, your local team at Heritage Harbor dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Other things to note Must be 25 years of age to reserve a room. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees.
