The space *Living room *Dining area *Kitchen- fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and bar seating *Master bedroom- King bed with attached bathroom. W/ sunlit office space *Bedroom 2- Queen bed *Bedroom 3- Queen bed *Second bathroom- Jack and Jill *Half bathroom in living room *Full size washer and dryer available for guest use Guest access Parking: *4 cars in the driveway *additional street parking in front of home (no more than 2 cars) Key Rules: *NO SMOKING *NO UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS *Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in *Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25 per hour early. *Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40. Late check-out is only applicable if requested. If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80. This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit.
