Set high above the valley, it opens onto the Batroun Mountains in all their glory, making every moment here feel like an escape into nature. The space The heart of the home lies in its expansive living areas. On the first floor, two generous living rooms welcome you with soft sofa beds, a television, and wide windows that draw in the light. Whether you’re curling up for a movie night, sharing stories with loved ones, or simply enjoying the view, these rooms are made for comfort and connection. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, stands ready for both simple breakfasts and lavish feasts. Its ease of use invites even the most reluctant cook to linger, while the adjoining dining space makes every meal a shared occasion. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, where seating invites you to sip your morning coffee or toast the evening while the sun disappears behind the mountains. The bedrooms are peaceful sanctuaries, each designed with simplicity and rest in mind. On the first floor, two bedrooms feature double beds, perfect for restful nights after a day spent exploring or swimming. On the ground floor, another bedroom offers its own double bed, while a fourth bedroom combines a double bed with two sofa beds, making it an ideal space for families or groups of friends who want both comfort and flexibility. The bathrooms add comfort and ease across both floors. Upstairs, the main bathroom is bright and spacious, offering a refreshing place to begin your day or unwind before bed. Downstairs, another bathroom provides convenience for those staying on the lower level or returning from a dip in the pool, making it simple for everyone to have their own space to refresh and reset. Outdoors, life unfolds at a slower pace. A wide terrace stretches across the ground floor, complete with a barbecue grill, a foosball table, and ample seating. It’s a natural gathering place, whether for laughter-filled evenings with friends or quiet afternoons watching the mountains shift with the light. Just beyond lies the infinity pool, its edge blending seamlessly with the horizon, while loungers invite you to bask in the sun. The garden, lush and shaded by a magnificent oak tree that has stood for more than a century, adds a touch of magic to the property—an anchor of history within this modern retreat. For those arrivals please note that, as required by Lebanese General Security, passports are needed upon check-in. Guest access After booking, you’ll receive a digital boarding pass for your stay. This will guide you through everything you need for a smooth arrival: 1.⁠ ⁠Click “Verify Me” and fill in the required details. 2.⁠ ⁠Once verified, your check-in instructions will unlock a few hours before arrival. 3.⁠ ⁠Your boarding pass also includes Wi-Fi details, local guides, exclusive perks, and extra on-demand services to help you stay, live & explore with Local Host. Other things to note Electricity is available 24/7 for your convenience. Should you wish, breakfast can be arranged for an additional fee of $20 per person upon request. The swimming pool facilities will be temporarily unavailable for use from March 11th 2024 through April 1st 2024 Events and gatherings are allowed, In adherence to our community guidelines, we respectfully prohibit the playing of loud music on the premises at any time. However, we warmly welcome the enjoyment of moderate music until midnight, fostering a harmonious environment for all residents and guests. Please note that the owners reside on the ground floor, but their living area is entirely separate from the outdoor terrace, ensuring your privacy. If you require additional housekeeping services during your stay, they can be provided for an extra charge. Our dedicated guest relations team will be available to assist you from the moment you inquire about the property until your check-out. Throughout your entire stay, our professional guest relations and maintenance team will be available to offer the assistance you require. Kindly be aware that passports are necessary for check-in, in accordance with the regulations of Lebanese General Security. For groups with fewer than 6 guests wishing to use the third room, an additional charge of $50 will apply.
