It is on the ground floor. It has 3 bedrooms, all with a TV (Sky system only in the main bedroom) - Master bedroom with a king-size bed, a closet, a full bathroom and Sky service - 2nd bedroom: queen-size bed and an extra single bed, wardrobe, full bathroom. - 3rd bedroom: queen-size bed and an extra single bed, wardrobe. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Guest access Large terrace with private living room and jacuzzi (whirlpool only, does not have hot water). Access to common areas: pool, jacuzzi, beds, palapa, gym, tennis courts, paddle tennis, and beach club! For the use of the common areas, it is important to adhere to the regulations, as there is surveillance at all times by the administration, for the safety of users, and in order to maintain the exclusivity and status that characterizes the fractionation. NO PETS ACCEPTED Other things to note A quiet place to rest. No parties and no noise after 10 pm!! There is only ONE parking space! PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED It is very important to respect and fully adhere to the rules for common areas (appropriate pool clothing, use of assigned pool towels, moderate noise, etc.). It is the administration's job to monitor compliance, and they are vigilant at all times to ensure compliance, in order to maintain the good image, status and exclusivity that characterise the development and each of its clusters. Failure to do so may result in a warning or even a fine, which will be charged to the guest.
