Sunset Ranch - Playful Farm in AZ Wine Country!

Welcome to Sunset Ranch! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just 20 minutes from Sedona. Complete with horses, chickens, and turkeys, all of the lovely details throughout this unique space and completely private 2-acre property are sure to impress. Enjoy breathtaking views surrounding the entire property located off of Page Springs Road and backing up to Green Gate state land trails. The space At Sunset Ranch, enjoy being within a mile or two of the many wineries located on Page Springs Road, including Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Vineyards, Javelina Leap, D.A. Ranch, and Cove Mesa Vineyards. You will be just a short drive to Sedona and enjoy beautiful views of Jerome and Red Rock right from the property. The entire 2 acres is gated and completely private to create a great escape from a busy lifestyle and to enjoy the outdoors. This cute and cozy house has been updated with trendy and unique furnishings, bold colors, and many comforts of a home. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub while soaking in the sunset views. Light a delightful wood fire in our largest size solo stove and relax in the homemade Adirondack chairs. This is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Verde Valley. In addition to this unique space, the property has a 1200 foot dome garage called a Quonset that we have converted into a recreational space complete with pool table, bar, lounge furniture, 75 inch tv, dining area with a full sized fridge, upright grand piano, and board games. The focal piece of the garage is an old F-250 Ford truck with a tree growing out of its headlight that we converted into a lounge area perfect for conversation, relaxing with a drink in hand, or playing board games with friends. The backyard now has an 8 foot round stock tank pool that can easily hold 5-6 people. The pool is not heated but is great for those cold plunges to help with inflammation in the body. Enjoy interacting with farm animals during your visit. Animals bring a sense of peace and stillness to our lives. Horses have large hearts and you can feel their energy up to 30 feet away. Standing within range of a horse can open your heart chakra and elevate your intuition. Guest access We do have chickens, turkeys, and our horses on the property. We will be coming to tend to the livestock twice a day during your stay. You are welcome to interact with us and the animals while we are there tending to them. ENJOY FRESH EGGS!!! Our chickens lay eggs daily, let us know if you would like to have fresh farm eggs complimentary during your stay.
