It has a private off street front entrance with keypad entry. Enjoy our newly renovated full bathroom, complete with a standing shower. This suite includes a kitchen area complete with oven, refrigerator and small food prep area. Our basement is one open floor plan with a Full size bed and a couch. There’s a small sitting area with a smart TV already equipped with streaming services for your entertainment. Guest access Guests have full access to the basement, but will not have use of the upstairs. There is a small backyard available, but has yet to be landscaped. Other things to note Feel free to use the smart TV and enjoy my Hulu subscription to stream your favorite shows.
