Located in a group of three independent appartments. The space You will be welcomed by a fragrant carissa tree that decorates the front terrace. An immaculately furnished appartment with total area of 75sqm consisting of a dining/living room, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) , 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests (one queen bed, two single beds), a bathroom with shower and washing machine (in separate room), two terraces (one facing south east and the other north west). There is a flat screen TV with USB and VDSL internet access (WIFI). A Weber coal BBQ is available on the northwest terrace. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and the two private terraces. Access to a large communal garden full of flowers, fruit trees, old palm trees, an olive grove and a vineyard. You are free to pick whatever is available in the garden depending on the season (from fruit to herbs) for your cooking needs. You will also enjoy some fine olive oil from our olive grove.
