Private Bedroom/Bath in Spacious Modern Townhouse

Welcome to my townhome! This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in town for work, visiting for a month or more, looking to move to Denver and want a nice place to stay while finding somewhere permanent, or if you're local and in between places. I'm now offering booking extensions! I can offer this option to any booked guests who want to stay longer. Rates have been lowered for fall. The room & house are ready for your arrival. Please reach out with any questions, I'll be happy to answer! The space The guest bedroom is private, on the top floor, with an en-suite private bathroom (with bath). The bedroom is furnished with an incredibly comfortable queen-sized bed. Other in-room amenities include: a big closet with hangers, a desk (which I can leave or move), a tower fan, steamer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and locking door. Both bedside lamps have a built-in USB-C port for easy device charging (in case you forgot your charging plug). If you need any kind of charging cable, please ask - I have plenty of extras! The host will provide extra linens, towels, toiletries, or literally anything else you might need during your stay. The designated parking space is in the 2-car attached garage for which you will be given an opener you can keep in your car (which must be returned upon departure). Guest access RE: ACCESSIBILITY, PLEASE NOTE: this house has 3 levels and lots of stairs - it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. If you would like extra photos or anything else to determine whether the space will work for your needs, please ask! If you have a service animal, I am happy to have them, please notify me upon booking. You will have access to the entire main level. This includes the full kitchen (basic kitchenware, cooking utensils, etc, and complimentary drinks in the fridge), private patio/balcony (west-facing with stunning mountain views), the living room with a big, roomy couch, 55" Samsung Smart TV with most major streaming platforms, and my baby grand piano, which you are welcome play! There are 2 powder rooms (one on each floor), laundry on the top floor, and the garage/parking space on the ground floor. Once again, I live on-site. I make myself notably scarce, but THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE PROPERTY RENTAL :) During your stay I live on-site in the master bedroom and I will be available to you 24 hours a day. Once you’re checked in, you'll save my number and you can text or call me anytime regarding anything you might need. I work from home some days and some days I am out of the house. I am usually in my office if I'm home during the day. If I'm out, I will be close by and available to you if you need anything at all. My schedule is relatively flexible. Let me know what your schedule looks like and we can make sure mine can accommodate and be respectful of yours! Other things to note One small, precious cat lives here. Her name is Aja. She is hypoallergenic and extremely sweet, non-aggressive and very curious. In the early days, guests would rarely see her, but after a few years of hosting, she is far less shy and will be very excited to meet you.
