Additional Fees & Fees Notes: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an extra charge per night. Electricity/water/heating is included. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital maid's guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the fields of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered for a fee on request. If a health certificate or the like is required after the booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and at the request of the authorities. One parking space is available for free. In the newly built lake park, there may be construction activities during your stay. Please understand that subsequent complaints are not recognized. On the ground floor, a fully furnished, open kitchen with dining area and the bright living room with fireplace invites you to relax and unwind. Direct patio access leads to the beautiful sun terrace with patio furniture. The exclusive wellness bathroom is equipped with a hot tub and a private sauna. The underfloor heating completes the feel-good effect in the entire house. One bedroom upstairs of the non-smoking house has a double bed (1 '80 x 2.00) and TV, the other has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) . Sofa bed is available on gallery. The holiday home Vechteperle is the ideal starting point for a bike trip along the bike tour in the county of Bentheim. The house has its own lockable bicycle room.
