Enjoy this peaceful retreat with private queen bedroom and adjacent bathroom. Centrally located near Frankfort's picturesque Lake Michigan beach and harbor shops (1 mi). Magnificent hiking trails & rivers to kayak are so close, and we love to share our favorites. Convenient to many Up North adventures including Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland’s Fish Town, and Crystal Mountain Resort. The space The bedroom with queen bed has a comfy lake retreat vibe. Adjacent bathroom has bathtub and shower, with grab rails for safety. There is a small refrigerator in bedroom for your exclusive use, and a Keurig with a selection of coffee options. Guest access You are welcome to use the shared comfortable open plan living room and dining area, well appointed kitchen and washer & drier. Retreat from the hustle & bustle on relaxing back deck which overlooks our peaceful, tree lined back yard, with charcoal grill and glass topped table w/ umbrella. During your stay If we are around, we are happy to visit with you, if you are all about connecting with your host. Otherwise, we give you space to do your own thing and we will be there if you need us! Other things to note There is no air conditioning in the house, but there is a fan for your exclusive use. We live on a hill and usually have a lovely breeze. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and tea, and you are welcome to use our 55” TV in the living room with Roku. We provide towels and bed linens. We use natural, effective cleaners without toxic chemicals and synthetic fragrances. Please provide your own charcoal for the grill and wood for the fire pit. You need to walk up 4 steps to enter the house.
