The space This listing is intended to sleep 6 adults comfortably. Parking in the driveway with up to 4 spots only! Any additional guests must be registered and paid the extra $100 guest fee, no exceptions! No Parking on the street and any guest that exceeds the maximum guest limit of 6 will be asked to leave and can result in termination of the booking guests stay. Screened in porch area Small play set/ playground area and grass backyard Ramp for wheelchairs located on the left side of the property with treaded deck entry Outdoor Security Cameras Guest access All-access except for the garage, outdoor shed, under-deck storage area, and 2 owners' closets Other things to note Before Check- in List: 1. Tell me what brings you or your family the area? 2. Please provide a list of the names of all guests planning on coming. Any guests exceeding the maximum number of 6 must pay the $100 fee or they will be asked to leave. If asked to leave more than once the entire stay may be forfeited! Strict Neighborhood Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am on weeknights 10 pm to 8 am weekends Full acceptance of all relevant items within the waiver for each guest (current guest assumes all liability) My family and I live in close proximity so excessive noise or too many guests will be discovered very quickly; therefore, loud noise, parties, and large gatherings of any kind will not be tolerated and action will be taken immediately! The main guest must provide a list of ALL GUESTS IN ATTENDANCE Violation of more than listed guests and you will be asked to leave. No guests can book under 25! If your intent is to have a party, be disrespectful to the property, or be dishonest about guests do not book this property. My personal residence is here as well as my family residing nearby.
