The house is furnished in a modern and functional style, the rooms are spacious and all have lake views. The living room is spacious and well lit by a large window door that leads to the garden, giving a wonderful panoramic view. In the bathroom, you will find a washing machine and a large shower where you can comfortably refresh yourself. Guest access Access to the residence pool is allowed in compliance with the rules found in the appropriate section of this listing. A few simple rules of common sense that will allow everyone to safely use the pool. The swimming pool has a seasonal opening scheduled from May 15 to September 30 each year. The opening and closing dates are established by the residence and may be subject to changes due to force majeure and/or malfunctions. The property declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance with these dates. Refund requests for non-use of the pool due to extraordinary closures for maintenance, repairs or other causes not attributable to the property will not be accepted. Other things to note HOUSE AND POOL REGULATIONS 1. Check-in and Identification 1.1. Check-in is available from 4pm to 8pm. Any late check-in must be arranged in advance and is subject to a supplement of €35. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. are not allowed. 1.2. Guests are required to communicate their expected arrival time at least one day in advance to facilitate the reception procedures. 1.3. Upon check-in, each guest must present a valid and original government-issued ID. If there is no such document, access to the property will not be allowed. 2. Pool Use Regulations 2.1. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 15 to September 30 each year. 2.2. Pool opening time is from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. 2.3. From 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, the quiet time is observed. During this time, the use of the pool and the solarium area is allowed, however, avoiding disturbance. 2.4. Bathing is not monitored or supervised. Children under the age of 12 can only access the pool if accompanied and supervised by a parent or authorized adult. 2.5. For hygienic reasons, it is recommended to use open shoes (such as clogs, slippers or flip-flops) in the pool and solarium area. 2.6. It is mandatory to shower before entering the bathtub and the entrance must be through the appropriate staircase. 2.7. Smoking is prohibited in the pool area and in the solarium area. 2.8. It is forbidden to introduce substances that may contaminate the water in the bathtub. 2.9. Children under 3 years of age and physiologically incontinent people must wear containing costumes. 2.10. It is forbidden to dive. The pool has a constant depth of 1.39 meters, so dives are dangerous and can cause injuries. 2.11. The use of bulky inflatables is prohibited, except for safety devices such as armrests or life jackets. 2.12. Only plastic glasses and bottles are allowed in the pool and solarium area. Please do not pour drinks on the floor. It is forbidden to consume food in the pool area. 2.13. It is not allowed to reserve sun loungers with towels or personal items unless actually used. The sun loungers left unattended can be released and made available to other guests. 2.14. The entrance to the pool gate is subject to video surveillance for safety reasons. The processing of data and registrations is carried out in compliance with current privacy legislation. The controller is the administrator of the residence. 3. Responsibilities and Sanctions 3.1. Management declines all responsibility for any temporary unavailability of the pool due to force majeure, malfunctions, maintenance or other events not attributable to the structure. 3.2. There are no refunds or compensation for the inability to use the pool in such circumstances. 3.3. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in penalties, including limiting access to common areas. 4. General Conduct All guests are required to use the structure, equipment, and common areas with respect, in order to preserve their status and ensure their use for everyone.
