Guest access Access to the residence pool is permitted in accordance with the rules found in the appropriate section of this listing. A few simple common sense rules that will allow everyone to use the pool safely. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 15 to September 30 each year. The opening and closing dates are set by the residence and may be subject to change due to force majeure and/or malfunctions. The facility declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance with these dates. Refund requests will not be accepted for non-use of the pool due to extraordinary closures for maintenance, repairs or other causes not attributable to the facility. Other things to note HOUSE AND POOL RULES 1. Check-in and Identification 1.1. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Any late check-in must be agreed in advance and is subject to a surcharge of €35. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. are not allowed. 1.2. Guests are required to communicate their expected arrival time at least one day in advance, to facilitate reception procedures. 1.3. At check-in, each guest must present a valid and original ID. In the absence of such a document, access to the facility will not be allowed. 2. Rules for Use of the Pool 2.1. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 15 to September 30 of each year. 2.2. The pool opening hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2.3. Quiet hours are to be observed from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this time, the use of the swimming pool and the solarium area is allowed, while avoiding causing disturbance. 2.4. Bathing is not controlled or supervised. Children under the age of 12 may only enter the pool if accompanied and supervised by a parent or authorized adult. 2.5. For hygienic reasons, the use of open footwear (such as clogs, slippers or flip-flops) is recommended in the pool and solarium area. 2.6. It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool, and entry must be through the appropriate ladder. 2.7. Smoking is prohibited in the pool area and in the solarium area. 2.8. It is forbidden to introduce substances that can contaminate the water into the pool. 2.9. Children under the age of 3 and physiologically incontinent persons must wear swim diapers. 2.10. Diving is prohibited. The pool has a constant depth of 1.39 meters, so diving is dangerous and can cause injuries. 2.11. The use of large inflatables is prohibited, with the exception of safety devices such as armbands or life jackets. 2.12. Only plastic cups and bottles are allowed in the pool and solarium area. It is recommended not to pour drinks on the ground. It is forbidden to consume food in the pool area. 2.13. It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels or personal items if not actually used. Sunbeds left unattended may be freed and made available to guests. 2.14. The entrance to the pool gate is subject to video surveillance for security reasons. The processing of data and recordings is carried out in compliance with current privacy legislation. The data controller is the residence administrator. 3. Liability and Penalties 3.1. The Management declines all responsibility for any temporary unavailability of the pool due to force majeure, malfunctions, maintenance or other events not attributable to the facility. 3.2. There are no refunds or compensation for the inability to use the pool in such circumstances. 3.3. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the application of sanctions, including the limitation of access to common areas. 4. General Conduct All guests are required to use the facility, equipment and common areas with respect, in order to preserve their condition and ensure their use by all.
