The house is tastefully furnished in a modern style, the rooms are spacious, and all have lake view. The living room is large and well-lit by a large French window leading to the garden, offering a wonderful panoramic view. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and a lvery nice walk-in shower. In the garden you will find a large table where you can comfortably have your meals while enjoying the wonderful view of Lake Iseo and Monte Isola, the large umbrella will give you the right shelter from the sun on the hottest days. Guest access Access to the residence swimming pool is allowed in compliance with the rules found in the appropriate section of this announcement. A few simple common sense rules that will allow everyone to use the pool safely. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 15th to September 30th each year. The opening and closing dates are established by the residence and may be subject to change due to force majeure and/or technical issues. The management declines any responsibility should these dates not be respected. No refund requests will be accepted for the inability to use the swimming pool due to unforeseen closures for maintenance, repairs, or other causes beyond the control of the property. Other things to note HOUSE RULES AND SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS 1. Check-in and Identification 1.1. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any late check-in must be agreed upon in advance and is subject to an additional fee of €35. Check-ins after 10:00 PM are not permitted under any circumstances. 1.2. Guests are required to communicate their estimated time of arrival at least one day in advance, in order to facilitate smooth check-in procedures. 1.3. At the time of check-in, each guest must present a valid and original identification document. (International travelers are required to carry with them either a Passport or the National ID card, any other document is, under Italian law, not valid and can't be accepted) Access to the property will be denied to individuals without proper identification. 2. Use of the Swimming Pool 2.1. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 15th to September 30th each year. 2.2. Opening hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. 2.3. Quiet hours are observed from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During this time, access to the pool and sunbathing area is permitted, provided that guests refrain from making excessive noise. 2.4. The pool is neither guarded nor supervised. Children under the age of 12 may access the pool only when accompanied and closely monitored by a parent or an adult guardian. 2.5. For hygiene reasons, guests are strongly advised to wear appropriate open footwear (e.g., clogs, flip-flops) in the pool and sunbathing areas. 2.6. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. Entry to the water must be via the designated steps. 2.7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in both the pool and sunbathing areas. 2.8. Introducing any substance into the pool that may contaminate the water is strictly forbidden. 2.9. Children under the age of 3 and individuals with incontinence issues must wear suitable swim diapers. 2.10. Diving is strictly prohibited. The pool has a uniform depth of 1.39 meters, and diving poses a serious risk of injury. 2.11. The use of large inflatable items is not permitted. Only safety-related inflatables such as armbands or life vests are allowed. 2.12. Only plastic cups and bottles are permitted in the pool and sunbathing areas. Spilling drinks on the ground should be avoided. The consumption of food in the pool area is not allowed. 2.13. Reserving loungers with towels or other personal items is not permitted if they are not actively in use. Unattended loungers may be cleared and made available to other guests. 2.14. The entrance gate to the pool area is under video surveillance for safety and security reasons. Video recordings are processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws. The data controller is the administrator of the residence. 3. Liability and Enforcement 3.1. The Management declines any responsibility for the temporary unavailability of the pool due to force majeure, malfunctions, maintenance, or other causes beyond its control. 3.2. No refunds or compensation will be granted for the inability to use the swimming pool in such cases. 3.3. Failure to comply with the present regulations may result in sanctions, including but not limited to the limitation of access to common areas. 4. General Conduct All guests are required to treat the property, its facilities, and other users with respect at all times.
