Peaceful Retreat has it all! Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Pinehurst golf course, historic downtowns of Southern Pines, Pinehurst & Aberdeen. Peaceful Retreat is close to Pinehurst (10min), Southern Pines (10min), Camp Michell (15mins), Carolina Horse Park (20 mins) & Fort Bragg (45 mins) There is ample parking including off street parking for trailers. We are a pet (dog) friendly home with a spacious unfenced yard. Our pet fee is $50.00 The space This 3 bedroom gem has a full kitchen featuring an open space living along with a deck located off kitchen w/ seating for 4. Our bedrooms are: 2 Twin 1 Queen 1 King Other things to note No smoking/no vaping permitted: Due to severe family allergies we are a no smoking/ no vaping property. Should any smoking/vaping be apparent (anything left behind or additional cleaning is required) after checkout, a $500.00 fee will be charged. Number of guests: Our property can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please do not have additional overnight guests in our home other than what has been reserved. Our cleaning company is prepared to clean for the number of guests we have with each visit. Should the number in your party not match the number registered at the time of booking it will result in higher cleaning fees due to a longer cleaning process. Should this occur, please note those additional cleaning fees will be charged back to you.
