Spacious 1 BR apartment in a quiet neighborhood is your home away from home! 3 miles from Spooky Nook Sports & close Amish attractions, Sight & Sound theater, outlets, etc. 1 mile from Routes 30 & 283. (Landisville exit) Downstairs unit has a separate outside entrance, large private parking space, central air, gas & brand new electric baseboard heat with your own thermostat. Owners live upstairs. LGBTQ+ friendly. Large One BR with double bed, loveseat & flatscreen HDTV . Living room/dining area with oak table, fridge, microwave, sink, towels, dishes, Keurig coffee maker & large HDTV & DVD player with movies. Bedroom and Living room separated by double doors for privacy. Xfinity cable with voice remotes and high speed internet with eeros ports. Comfy futon in liv room folds out to a double bed (may be a little cramped if you are very tall). 1 Bathroom with waterfall shower. Linens & towels provided along with travel hair dryer, mini curling iron and mini flat iron. Extra blankets. Owners live upstairs and are there to help or give you your space, whichever you prefer. Continental breakfast provided which can vary. Always includes coffee, tea and water, bagels or english muffins and a pastry (whoopie pies when available!) & Hershey Chocolate Private outside entrance. Parking on left of house using neighbor's long driveway on Bowman Rd. (we have permission) Lit walkway with motion detectors & flood light to private parking spot (slight incline with stepping stones) In case of bad weather, we allow coming in through the upstairs, as this incline and stones can get slippery. Access to large backyard if you don't mind an occasional visit from our two very friendly rescue pups who have invisible fence (one may bark at walkers/joggers during the day and both sleep all night). For your safety, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs or those who have trouble walking up and down stairs or inclines. Host lives upstairs and will be available to give recommendations for things to do in the area. Discover Lancaster guidebooks are available along with brochures. Quiet suburban neighborhood. House is situated on a corner lot with big backyard and lots of landscaping, pathways & trees. Very safe, low crime area. Off-street parking, very well lit at night, and private entrance. One mile from entrance to Routes 283 and 30. Easy access by car to all attractions. Three 24 hour convenient stores located close by with snacks, gas and one with free ATM. 6 miles from train station. Restaurant recommendations available. Quiet neighborhood. My husband Frank & I are always available for special requests, etc!
