Various pastries, various breads according to your tastes (cereals, wholemeal, sourdough, corn, nuts...). Warm morning pancakes. Nutella, honey from a local producer, homemade jams (Roussillon apricots, strawberries, pear/ginger). Assortment of varied and regional cheeses and charcuterie. Assortment of yogurts and chocolate and fruit dairy products. Fruit compotes. Cereals (fruit muesli, Chocapic). Plate of fresh seasonal fruit. And to vary the pleasures every day... some additional savory or sweet gourmet surprises selected for you, according to your preferences (pastries or other sweet treats; savory pies/quiche, smoked salmon...). This brunch will certainly seem too hearty to you when you jump out of bed, like all my guests! You can then put in your refrigerator what you want for your next snack: everything that makes up the buffet is for you! Help yourself as much as you like throughout the day... We will gladly customize your menu before your arrival, so that it best matches your preferences. Let's talk about it when you book! Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 12 noon. On departure days, service is from 7:30AM-9AM. 3) THE GARDEN: large PLEASURE POOL, BOULODROME, DOUBLE HAMMOCK. Your exclusive access to the house and your wide view from your suite face the garden side where there is a recreational pool, bowling alley and garden furniture. -> For players, the BOULODROME (petanque balls and Finnish skittles available). Two garden tables and their six seats in the shade of the trees near the bowling alley will complete the comfort of your games. -> Away from the games area, you will find the LARGE RECREATIONAL POND and its small stream, surrounded by aquatic plants, multiple mature trees and flowers (together more than 70 m2, 11 m3 of water, 7 m long fountain-stream). There, in the shade of a few elms and acacias and an imposing mimosa, two sun loungers and a hanging swing await you, in the coolness and soothing lapping of the water running on the stones of the stream. You can of course, if you feel like it, ask me to install more sun loungers near the pool rather than at the pool for your arrival. You can of course also move them as you wish during your stay. In any case, I promise you rare moments of relaxation near the pool, and at the same time intense fascination with the life of the whole little world that shares this space. In the clarity of the emerald water, the water lilies are layered with multicolored flowers and the smooth green hearts of their leaves, crisp like frogs that resemble the bouncing marbles of your children's water games. (The croaking of frogs in love will be spared you: the festival is in April). Many aquatic plants share part of the banks and serve as stepping stones for dragonflies: horsetails, reeds, various irises, floating plants. Under the surface, the pondweed undulates, sheltering the incessant activity of the multiple fish (uncontrollable lineage - if not by the voracity of the frogs - of the 7 conquistadors initially designated by my daughter at the local Botanic). The mosquito larvae are fortunately crunched, but those of the water fleas are also cleaned, alas. However, you will see dragonflies of all sizes and colors. Their flight is fascinating with precision and innate elegance. Away from the pool, suspended between two maples and close to the bowling alley, a HAMMOCK FOR 2 PEOPLE awaits you. Feel free to furnish it with the cushions you have in your suite. And enjoy the rare and soothing view of a majestic maple tree seen from below, in the play of the sun's rays. Personally, I love it. -> The GARDEN LOUNGE is sheltered under an old Lauragais hay shed. I will serve you breakfast there (if you do not prefer it inside in the living room of your suite). This garden furniture is exclusively reserved for you and you will find a "table top" type refrigerator immediately accessible. At nightfall, multicolored light garlands create a welcoming atmosphere of guinguette. We provide you with a large gas plancha and the necessary dishes to enjoy fragrant grilling evenings. Rosemary and thyme can be picked directly from the garden, and I will help you quickly and with pleasure for southern marinades. No dishes to do: a real vacation! 4) And EVERYONE to THE POOL!! Behind the imposing Lauragaise outbuilding that houses your garden furniture opens the POOL AREA, with a WIDE VIEW overlooking the surrounding hills. (9 x 4.5 m salt pool). Here, the Mediterranean ROCK GARDEN overlooking and surrounding the pool ensures a truly relaxing feeling of privacy, wherever you choose to set up your deckchairs. Do you prefer to be in the sun near the pool? Sit by the water. You have several movable umbrellas over the large space available. You can also settle on the water and let yourself be rocked on an inflatable mattress or a large buoy: well-being assured! And why not the upper terrace too? It's my favorite place, at the pool, let's say... Both for the view of the flowery rockery and for the natural shade of the elms. But wherever you are at the pool, you will enjoy a view that is both dominant over the rolling fields and a real bubble of nature all your own. // PLEASE NOTE!! IMPORTANT notice to parents of CHILDREN UNDER 12. It is impossible for a single person to monitor both the wide and deep recreational pool at the same time as the swimming pool: no eye contact possible. The risk of drowning is real for young children. On the other hand, the pond and the stream are artificial (the seal is based on a liner, fragile). It is impossible to play there like in a natural stream. SUPERVISION of children in the garden is an ABSOLUTE NECESSITY. Please contact me to discuss a possible booking with young children. // 5) ACCOMMODATION, in BED & BREAKFAST /GUEST HOUSE MODE, details: In an old renovated farm, 35 minutes from Toulouse center and in the tranquility of the Lauragais hills, you have an accommodation of 88 m2: on the first floor, a first living room (16 m2, excluding staircase volume) with sofa bed (BZ) and access by staircase to the second floor. On the 2nd floor, a large air-conditioned living room (33 m2, portable air conditioner). TV (Canal +, included), 2 double bedrooms (mosquito nets), 1 bathroom. Free parking, very quiet environment. Shared fitness room (43 m2, various equipment). You will find in your living room on the 2nd floor a TV area with sofa, armchair, rocking chair, ottoman and coffee table, as well as a large table (breakfast service possible at this table if you don't feel like taking it in the garden). In this room you have a mini-fridge and a mobile air conditioner. In the entrance living room, on the 1st floor, a sofa bed, the natural freshness of a room that is both bright and protected from the heat by its northeast orientation and the brick walls of the house. Please note that there is NO KITCHEN in the accommodation, the rental is in Bed & Breakfast/Guest house mode. However, we will provide you with a plancha (3 burners, gas) and the necessary dishes for your barbecue evenings. 6) RESTAURANTS NEAR THE HOUSE: -> For a pleasant, simple and spontaneous "restaurant outing", I suggest for example one of the delicious menus of "l'Estanquet", in Gardouch, on their pleasant terrace by the Canal du Midi (photos and menus online). Closer to here, the restaurants around Lac de la Thésauque: very nice views on the terrace, varied offers and recommended (my guests gladly return). -> For a desire for regional gastronomy, the "Ferme de Champreux", still near Lake Thésauque, very close to here. -> You will also find restaurants serving vegetarian menus near Lac de la Thésauque. -> And for the pleasure of eating an unusual pizza... you really have to go to Nailloux, to Pizza di Mosca. Guest access The suite, garden and all amenities are privatized for you. No neighbors, no other groups of vacationers, and we don't come to the garden or pool when we host guests.
