A stay in apartment Blou guarantees an unforgettable vacation. This modern apartment is fully equipped. From the covered terrace, you have a view of the rolling interior of Curaçao. After a long day exploring the island, you can completely relax on the terrace while enjoying the setting sun. The most popular beaches and nicest beach clubs such as Zanzibar (Jan Thiel) and Mambo can be reached by car within 7-10 minutes. The space The apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen with built-in appliances consisting of a dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave, coffee maker and an American refrigerator with ice maker. The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people, and both bedrooms have queen size beds and air conditioning. The bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink is modernly equipped and offers plenty of space. Other things to note We hebben nu ook airco in de woonkamer! Het appartement is voorzien van 220v stopcontacten en er zijn geen omvormers aanwezig. Deze dient u zelf te verzorgen indien benodigd. The nightly rate includes normal usage of water (0,5m³ per night) and electricity (20 kWh per night). Meter readings will be recorded at both check-in and check-out. Any usage exceeding the included amounts will be charged after check-out via an Airbnb payment request, which must be settled within 72 hours. INTERIM CLEANING For stays longer than 10 days, an interim cleaning is mandatory each 7 days. The costs are €75 / $75 each interim cleaning. POSSIBLE DAMAGES We assume that everything is in order when you leave the villa, but you will be charged an amount in the event of loss, theft or damage to items that belong to the villa. In that case, if the deposit paid by you covers the damage, it will be paid via the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient, we will be forced to report the damage via AirBnB and AirBnB will reimburse us for the damage via your credit card or your other payment method.
