The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, comfortably accommodating 8 guests, with a max capacity of 10. Enhancing your vacation experience is a pool reserved exclusively for your group's enjoyment. There's an outdoor kitchenette fully equipped for meal preparation and a dining area. While we love pets dearly, regrettably, we cannot accommodate them due to health and sanitation considerations. OUTDOOR KITCHENETTE -refrigerator -rice cooker -electric kettle -induction stove -pot and pans -dinner wares -sponge and dishwashing soap -one (1) 5-gal complimentary drinking water -outdoor charcoal griller -microwave -bring your condiments, cooking ingredients, rice, charcoal and ice -The wet market is a 10-min drive away OUTDOOR DINING AND LOUNGING PRIVATE PLUNGE POOL BEACH ACCESS Security and safety in the pool area are monitored by a CCTV camera. An environmental fee of Php 25.00 per person is collected upon entry in the subdivision, as per municipal ordinance no.151,s.2019. Kindly be aware that our vacation rental is privately owned and distinct from hotels or beach resorts. Consequently, the amenities and services we offer may vary from those of conventional accommodations. While we strive to ensure your stay is enjoyable, it's important to acknowledge that there may be constraints on what we can provide. Guest access You will have an entire beach house with exclusive plunge pool to enjoy all to yourselves. Beach access is free and with no curfew hour but we advise against swimming on the beach by nightfall. The wet market and groceries are located in the town proper that is about 10 mins drive away from the property. Other things to note Please acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the policies stated below Policies: CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT +Check out is 11:00 am; Check-in time is 2:00 PM. +Late check-out with no prior approval will be subject to additional charges. OCCUPANCY +The house has two (2) bedrooms with two (2) queen beds to comfortably sleep up to eight (8) persons including kids. However we can provide you 2 extra single floor mattresses for a fee to stretch up to a maximum of 10pax. +Exceeding the maximum capacity of the house may result to guests being asked to leave the premise and forfeiture of their stay. +You may request one (1) towel per guest which may NOT be brought out of the premise. +Pets are NOT allowed for sanitation and health reasons. +Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and toilet. +The management reserves the right to refusal of entry or expulsion of unruly guest/s. DAMAGE +Wall Taping-The attachment of any materials or signage to the painted walls is strictly forbidden. +Damage to room paint, fabrics, fixtures and kitchen equipment will be charged to full and new replacement value. +Non-observance of the non-smoking sign will be charge Php2,000.00. FOOD +We have an outdoor kitchenette where you may cook your food (bring condiments and ingredients). +An outdoor grill is available upon request. +A complimentary one 5-gal Drinking water will be provided. USE OF SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH ACCESS +You will have a private plunge pool, please take caution at all times. The floor gets slippery when wet. +For your safety and security, please make sure that children are accompanied and closely watched at all times. No running and rough plays at the poolside. +The nearby beach is accessible and we have beach mat that you may carry with you when heading out the beach. +It is advised that guests don’t swim on the beach by nightfall. SAFETY AND SECURITY +Keep the gate closed at all times. Guests must lock doors and windows when heading out as they are responsible for their personal belongings and the property. +The perimeter has security cameras. CANCELLATION +AIRBNB cancellation policy applies. In addition, cancellation due to force majeure (ex. a typhoon signal in Bataan area AS DECLARED BY THE GOVERNMENT) will be allowed penalty-free rebooking for up to 30 days from the intended date of stay and subject to availability. Liability: The renter acknowledges that Coastela House Rental, the property owners, and caretakers shall not be held liable for any accidents, losses, damages, or injuries suffered by the renter, their party members, or any other guests permitted access to the property by the renter, regardless of fault. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, hazards associated with the sea or any body of water, fire, machinery or equipment malfunctions, governmental actions, delays, cancellations, or changes in itineraries or schedules, or acts of omission. Additionally, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coastela House Rental and its owners and caretakers from any claims, loss, damage, injury and death inside the vicinity or incident at the sea.
