Positioned just a stone's throw from Søly strand (one of Moss' best beaches) and walking distance to Moss city centre, Moss train station and the Southern Jeløy nature reserve park. The space This is a terrace house in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely sea views. The house has three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate laundry room with extra WC. There is a fireplace in the living room and heating cables in the stairwell downstairs, in the laundry room and bathroom. There is a balcony from the living room on the main floor (steet entrance) and a terrace on the lower floor. There is also a terrace at the front which enjoys the afternoon and evening sun in summer. The apartment was refurbished between 2012 and 2016. Other things to note Unfortunately we cannot accomodate parties or excessive noise, since we share walls with our neighbours.
