Located in Sanur's prime location, guests are within walking distance to the most popular bars and restaurants in Sanur (massimo, ryoshi, etc) not to mention it is also located in the same area as Sanur's top hotels and villas (Hyatt, Intercontinental, Andaz, etc) Feeling energetic to do a morning run by the beach or feeling a bit lazy to go out at night? Sanur Beach and Popular Supermarket are also within your walking distance (200 meters away) Guest access The entire place which consist of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom including kitchen and dining/living room Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. Lock the door everytime you leave the Villa; 2. Tv is a Smartv that allows guests to access youtube,netflix,etc. However please do use your own personal account(s) and log out afterward when you are checking out; 3. Villa will be cleaned by the cleaning service 2 times a week 4. Please keep your valuable belongings wherever you consider safe. Any loss suffered by the Guests will not constitute any responsibility on the Host’s part; 5. Please dispose the toilet paper at the trash bin not flushing it down in the toilet; 6. Token for electricity that could last for 1-2 days has been paid by the Host. However, if you plan for longer stay or ever experience the electricity being turned off please buy your own electricity token using your mobile banking apps or else you could ask the Host to buy the token by paying the Host in advance; 7. On the day of your check-outs please do not immediately leave the Villa. Instead, wait for the staff to come by and collect the key; 8. One day before your check-outs please inform what time you are going to check out to the Host for key-collection; 9. For every check-ins, free (1) water gallons will be provided. Afterward, Guests may choose to buy the refill of the gallon or buy water on their own; 10. Keep the Villa clean and safe. 11. Please make sure of your bookings and date because once the bookings are made, no alteration request on the later dates will be accepted. 12. Please inform (at least) 24 hours before check in about desired check-in time. Enjoy your stay!
