Cozy house close to both the sea and nature

Here you live just a few hundred meter from the local marina in which you can enjoy drinks and food while watching sail boats. If you follow the small country road 800m you reach the local grocery store and if you continue another 1000m you reach a second marina which also offers a restaurant by the sea. From here you can take a boat to Karlskrona city or to one of the island in the archipelago. It is easy to travel to the house by public transportation with a buss stop just next to the house. The space The lot is enclosed by stone walls and fences which makes it ideal for families with kids and/or dogs. Behind the house/lot lies a small piece of wood land which give a sense of closeness to nature when sitting in one of the outdoor spaces behind the main house. Fibre internet connection available via Wi-Fi together with ”crome-cast” equipped television. On the lot there are three buildings: Main house – In this house you have all the main functions such as kitchen, shower, toilet, washing machine, indoor dinner table, living room and two bed rooms. It is a simple house with a small bathroom but has what most families needs. The main house is properly insulated and have a heating system suitable for staying here also during winter. Second house – this house has a sleeping loft with four single beds. Underneath the sleeping loft lies a cool cellar idle for storing food and beverages. Small house – this is a storage space for tools, bikes and extra chairs and tables. The guests are responsible for all cleaning before check-out. Guest access The guests has access to all houses and entire garden. Full privacy. Other things to note Bed sheets and towels are to be brought by guests. Cleaning of all surfaces is done by the guests before they leave the accommodation. A vacuum cleaner is located under the stairs in the main building.
