Family house from the 18th century, consisting of 4 bedrooms upstairs (possibility of 6 places) and a large double living room with kitchen and 2 bathrooms, overlooking a small shaded courtyard, not overlooked. 25 minutes from Paris (Châtelet les Halles) with RER A and Disney by car. In the city center, and 3 min. walk from Monoprix. Pets and parties are not allowed, but an atypical atmosphere is guaranteed. Housekeeping not charged (rustic atmosphere), Linens provided.
