Home on private country road setting in Bainbridge Twp., just 10 minutes to historic Chagrin Falls and easy access to freeway to head downtown to explore downtown Cleveland. Home has full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, 1 bedroom with queen bed, laundry room with W/D, ample parking space in driveway. The space Our home is located on private one lane country road, please be courteous of other residents when entering or exiting but cautious not to pull off the road on ditch side or lawns. There are wonderful views of farms next door. You have use of woodburning stove in living room as well, please reach out if not familiar with use. Guest access Property includes kitchen, full bathroom, living area and bedroom, 2 other rooms in home are unoccupied and not included at this time. Other things to note the road is private and one lane, if car coming out there is room to pull over at entrance, or you will need to pull in a driveway on left to let others pass if exiting.
