Please make note that the railings are not very high on the twin at top (see photos), so make the necessary arrangements/precautions. There are 2 full bathrooms. The main living space includes a living room/full kitchen. Please note that we have a security camera in the parking area to ensure safety of your vehicle, as well as, we do "electronics sweeps" to make sure there are no spy devices. Guest access Second floor of the property is the rentable space. First floor is not accessible and is the owners music company. This home is on a shared property with the owners home. Property is not yet fully landscaped and is not included as shared space, but the renter can travel through the yard to get to the park and trails. Other things to note There is designated parking on the gravel drive that goes along the side of the house which goes all the way up to the building you will be staying at. You are welcome to park a maximum of two vehicles anywhere on the gravel, but please do not park on the street as the culdesac parking is prohibited by the city. Follow the gravel walkway towards the back of the property the property to the staircase and private entrance to the Airbnb. Lastly, I'd like to disclose that there are two security cameras on the exterior of the main house at the parking area, and that we do "electronics sweeps" to make sure there are no spy devices.
