Good vibes! Peaceful studio in heart of Bk

Peaceful studio apt. Freshly painted, well maintained perfect for plant lovers. My little sanctuary in the city. Queen size bed and extra large sofa. Natural light Closets are not available. there is a dresser of 4 drawers and garmet rack. Close to the historic Weeksville heritage center. Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, downtown bk. There is a great park nearby, Lincoln Terrace. 10 min walk to the 2 and 4 train lines. The A train is much further, closer to a 15-20 The space Comfortable studio. Lots of natural light and good vibes. No washer. Other things to note I'm planning to be abroad awhile. I have several months available. if you see time blocked on calendar its likely available just ask. I will always try and accommodate special requests and check out/in times. There is NO microwave. There is a full-functioning stove, oven and broiler if you need to heat up food or water. There is also an airfryer, crockpot, and nurtibullet. I provide a tea kettle, pots/pans and foil if something needs to be warmed and you don't want to have any dishes to wash =) small compact washing machine is available for use and there are several laundry services near by that also to pick up
