This is a 4 bed/4.5 bath newly (June 2022) constructed townhome that consists of a meeting room, living & dining rooms, a kitchen, laundry facilities, & high-speed internet. All bathrooms are ensuite. The space is dedicated to guests to ensure full privacy as the host does not live on the property. It is a walking distance of Delaware State University, Bally's Casino & Hotel, and shopping centers on Dupont Highway. High-speed internet is available. Third-party reservations are not allowed. Other things to note Check-in starts at 3 p.m. A text will be sent with the lockbox code once you arrive at the property. Once you retrieve the key from the lockbox, unlocked the door and use the same code to put the key back inside the lockbox. Once inside you will find keys in the bedroom door for the main and bedroom doors for use during your stay. If the key(s) is/are lost during your stay, YOU are responsible for the replacement cost including the locksmith fee onsite! No Smoking or Partying of any kind inside, outside, or around the property! Please enjoy your stay.
