NO NOISE AFTER 22H, it's a familiar building with local neighbors!! The space This apartment is one of 3 apartments that we have on the same building. We have this one with 1 room and on the same floor we have another apartment with 2 rooms and the same amazing view! The apartment is very cosy, modern and inviting for couples or small families that seek quality, comfort and a prime location. Located in the most beautiful part of town nearby "São Jorge Castel", Sé church, Mouraria where Fado "was born" and next to the train station "Santa Apolónia". Here you may find a full range of restaurants from high-end cuisine to low cost typical restaurants, top art galleries, musical concerts and theatre venues, historical landmarks, nearby the Metro station (underground), bus stops and the typical yellow Electrico 28 (tram) take you to all parts of the city fast and easy. Guest access There're 2 sets of stairs before you reach the elevator! All the Apartment is avaliable!! Other things to note -Check in after 21.30h (9.30 PM) has an additional cost of 30€ and exceptional check in after 01 AM cost 50€ to be paid in cash directly to the Welcome Agent. - When the reservation is made, please let us know if we need to prepare the couch for 2 persons to sleep, or else we'll assume that you are 2.
