Make sure you create lasting memories as you relax, attend college games, graduations, work or just need a nice place to stay. Tallahassee or Thomasville are only a 30-35 minute drive away. The space You will have the entire 1562 sq. ft. home to yourself. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, deck and plenty of FREE parking. The space has 4 queen beds, and a futon. There a 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen to cook meals. The deck can be used to sit outside and enjoy talking with one another or sipping on your morning coffee or your favorite beverage. ( 4 chairs provided to use on the deck) The storage unit in the back of the house is the owners storage and can not be accessed. However, the lot next to the property is available for kids to run and play. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, except for, the linen closet in the hallway, the water heater closet in the hallway bathroom, and the storage unit in the back yard of the home. The storage unit is the property owners and is not available for use. Other things to note The lot next to the home is our property and the designated area for smokers.
