Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A newly renovated room within easy walking distance from the Gannel estuary which leads to Crantock beach. Boating lake, Newquay Zoo and several coastal walks. The Town centre is a 20-25 min walk with some steep Hills. A very quiet home in quiet area of Newquay. Please note that this is room only although I do provide Tea Coffee making facilities . There is also a mini fridge and Kettle in the room. The space The property has just been renovated to a very high standard. The bathroom although not en-suite it is not shared and purely for the used of guest staying in this room. White company Bathrobes are provided for each guest. Guest access Bedroom and bathroom only. During your stay I will be available most days and every evening. As I live at the property. More than happy to advise on the local area and recommendations for restaurants, beaches and walks. Other things to note The Ganel Estuary which leads to the beautiful village and beach of Crantock is a 5 minute walk away. It then takes approximately 30 minutes to walk along the Ganel to Crantock beach and Village. Our closest beach is Tolcarne a 20-25 minute walk. And the famous Fistral beach is a 30-40 minute walk.
