This open living apartment is a few minutes walk away from a variety of shops, banks, restaurants, the infamous Sutton Park (children's play area), leisure facilities ,nightlife and great transport links (Train and Bus to attractions such as Birmingham City Centre, Aston Villa Park, Lichfield etc.) to suit all guests needs! The space ~ The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield Town Centre is a 5 minute walk away with a lively restaurant scene. Birmingham City Centre is 7.9 miles away, 25 minutes by Car, and 20 minutes by train from Sutton Coldfield Train Station. There is ample road parking with an additional private car park behind and infront the property for guests to use during their stay. The apartment is managed by myself and a professional co-host, alongside support from a professional and local cleaner/ laundrette. COVID-19 policy and cleaning requirements followed. Property is COVID-19 safe. Fresh linen and towels are replaced between each stay and there is an easy self check in options with 24/7 guest support if you need anything during your stay. This newly renovated modern apartment has all furnishings and fixtures for a stay away from home.  It's new open kitchen/living area has a fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, aswell as other appliances to improve your stay. There is tea/coffee/sugar/milk available for all guests and coffee/hot chocolate pods for the coffee machine within the kitchen. There is a comfortable 3 and 2 seater sofa to enable guest to relax and watch TV, have a movie night or enjoy the socialable space.  There is also a dining space for 4 guests around the kitchen island. The apartment is flooded with natural light and surrounded by greenery due to large open windows either side of the property and a second floor situatncy. Off the hallway there is a modern bathroom with basin and walk in shower, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo conditioner & shower gel). Within the main bedroom there is a double bed with a built in wardrobe. Within the second bedroom there is the option to have 2 x single beds or 1 x superking bed dependant upon guests requirements with a hanging rack for clothes/ luggage storage.  There is high speed Virgin Internet throughout the property (200mb) and a designated work space for guests to use on the kitchen island. Please feel free to roam the communal gardens if the weather allows and enjoy the outdoor space, but please remember to be mindful to our neighbours. Other things to note Please read apartment rules and respect our neighbours at all times Please ensure you remove shoes upon entry to the property where possible and tread lightly in main bedroom from 9 30pm as noise can transmit to neighbour below. Please leave the property as you found it Check in time is after 15.00 Check out time is 10.00am. Both can be flexible if discussed with the host prior to arrival and it works with our cleaners schedules. Please note that any guests checking in early/ checking out late without prior arrangements with the host will be charged £30.
