Penzance is at the heart of the tourist area of Penwith in West Cornwall with many attractions including, boutique shopping, character pubs & restaurants, parks, gardens plus wonderful coves & sandy beaches linked by the coastal footpath. There is no dedicated parking space with this property, however free on street property is available on a first come basis. If you fail to park in this particular street there are surrounding streets where you should find a space. Failing that the Harbourside Long stay Car Park is only 5 minutes away. Please note that this property is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, particularly during unsociable hours, are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Guest access The whole of the property will be yours for your stay. The house is accessed using a lock box style keysafe. Check in details are automatically shared with you 24 hours before check in date. Other things to note We can supply a travel cot on request but we do not provide bedding for the travel cots. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted on request at an additional fee of £25 per stay.
