The space Permit #201006 This well appointed home is in a gated Seascape community, with beach access right across the street. We provide 2 gate passes to access the security gate, there is parking for 4 cars comfortably. This property can easily sleep 10 people, perfect for two families. You will need to be able to go up at least 2 flights of stairs to reach the family room and kitchen. First level has the entry and the garage with a ping pong table. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and decking. Third level has the master with full bath, 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area, living room, and ocean front deck accessible from the living room. Guest access Guest have full access to the property, there is no garage parking. Check in and out through Cheshire Rio property management office located 10 minutes away from property to pick up keys and gate passes. Please notify us prior to arrival if you plan on check in after hours. Other things to note We supply a starter pack of supplies including 3 toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towels, dish pods and soap, sponges, cleaning supplies. Anything beyond that you must provide for extended stays, all linens are provided. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties.
