Log Cabin with Catskill Mountain Views

Unplug and unwind at our log cabin in the Helderberg Hills! The cabin is situated on three acres in the hamlet of Preston Hollow, New York. Spend the day skiing, fishing, or hiking in one of the nearby parks then come home and enjoy sunset views of the Catskill Mountains from the top of the hill or stay in and cozy up by the fireplace. The cabin has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and ample outdoor space and can accommodate up to four guests. Great for couples and adventurous groups of friends. The space The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a record player with plenty of vintage records to choose from, a big coffee table for playing games or doing a puzzle, and a big dining table to accommodate the whole party. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with pots, pans, tea kettle, cooking utensils, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Soap and shampoo provided. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed, a built-in dresser, and a smart TV and DVD player. The back bedroom has a double bed, built in dresser, and a smart TV. There's a fire pit out back and space for sitting at the top of the hill where you can enjoy the best view on the property. We have wifi that is strong enough for one device to be on a video call at a time. Verizon gets good cell service at the house, AT&T is more sporadic. Things to keep in mind before booking: Because we rely mostly on baseboard heating, the house can get chilly at night. We have a fireplace that can really get the heat going if you’re up for building a fire, and enough space heaters to supplement the baseboards on cold nights and plenty of extra blankets! Remember, this is a cabin! Despite our best cleaning efforts, you may still see a few bugs, spiders, moths, etc.
