Close to the A55 &M53 my Home is available for Tourists/Professionals looking for a comfortable place to stay. 1 mile from Airbus. You will have all the comforts of home which include a lounge, kitchen, separate utility room & outside courtyard. You will be staying in a Private bedroom situated on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed, it's own ensuite toilet/shower room & full width built in wardrobes & Doorlock. Parking space on the drive can fit 2 Cars max. Some areas are shared. The space My home is a very comfortable place, very quiet and peaceful. The property is a semi detached house built in 1890. Although it's been completely renovated we have done our best to keep as many original features as possible, Including the lovely shaped windows and the small inglenook fireplace in the lounge. I'm very proud of my home and the location it's set in. Being quite close to Chester Road you would expect to hear some traffic but you will also hear the lambs in the field opposite too! NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR BABIES - SORRY. Guest access My guests are made to feel at home and comfortable. The whole of the ground floor is for the use of all my Guests but on the odd occasion I will be at home and will only use the back kitchen if I need to cook. I have 2 son's who live 200 miles away, so on the very Rare occasion; when they visit they will be spending their time in an upstairs bed room and will also use only the back kitchen to prepare coffee etc. Mainly, my guests have the complete run of the ground floor including patio area and driveway. During your stay I'm completely lead by my guest here, if you like to socialise; I'm very Sociable and if you need 'your own space' I'm very willing to make myself 'scarce' too! I'm never far away and can easily be reached by telephone or text message. I will always be there to answer any questions that you may have. I am a very 'flexible' Host and a real 'people person', so nothing is too much trouble for me and I love to make my Guests feel at home.
