Welcome to Wade-ing on the Water at beautiful Webster Lake! You are sure to make memories at this water front cottage. Built in 1920, the house sits lake front just off the wonderful flat yard. The newly renovated upstairs living space has 3 extra beds and a half bath. Enjoy coffee on the screened in porch, grill on the deck, take a swim off the dock, go kayaking, and huddle around fires in the evening. The house is minutes to groceries, golf, restaurants, breweries, and more! The space Additional Property Details: The house sits off of Wade Lane in the neighborhood of Epworth Forest. This spring fed lake is home to the oldest stern wheel paddle boat in Indiana, The Dixie. Be sure to get a ticket if you can! It runs right in front of the house, so you can't miss it. This house is our family's cottage where we love sharing all of the fun of the property, area, and perfect lakeside escape. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen over queen bunkbed, and there is also a pull out queen in the living room. The open space upstairs was newly renovated to fit 3 twin beds and a half bath. The upstairs bed's all pull out to have ample sleeping space. The house has a stocked kitchen including refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, stem wear, Tupperware, trash bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also provided are outdoor towels, life jackets, swimming seats, fishing pole, 1 adult kayak, 1 kids kayak, and a floating lilly pad. Outdoor chairs and fire pit are provided and wood is available while supplies lasts. Weber charcoal grill and smoker are provided, please bring your charcoal! The screened in porch is a favorite for all, featuring vaulted ceilings, a dining and lounge area to enjoy watching the summer activity, morning coffee, or enjoying a drink or book in the breeze. There is a private pier while in season (included in photos of the property). Guests can rent or bring your own boat for use during your stay. There is a marina on the lake with rentals and several nearby that will deliver to Webster Lake. The summers are full of fun, falls are beautiful with the change of leaves all around you, and the winter is a quiet oasis to enjoy ice fishing. Enjoy!
