I have recently moved into and renovated this two bed maisonette, and have a spare room! It is very centrally located, close to the city and 5-10 minutes from Angel tube station. In a quiet, residential area, with quirky cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all nearby. The room is very spacious and bright, overlooking the gardens. There is a double bed, and a desk if you need to work. You have your own dedicated bathroom, and will share the bright living room and kitchen with only me :) The space The living room is south facing with high ceilings - meaning it is filled with sunshine and is a lovely area to relax! Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and there is a washing machine if you need (and a clothes airer rather than tumble dryer). The bedroom is spacious, and faces the gardens so very peaceful. There is a small desk and chair if you need to work. *Now added a full length mirror! The quirky bathroom is on the top floor of the flat. Very spacious, and is your own private bathroom. The ceiling height is slightly lower here, so if you're above 6 foot 1 please note that when showering you might not be able to stand up fully straight. There are stairs in this apartment - the living/kitchen area is on the first floor after a set of stairs, the bedroom on the second floor, and the bathroom on the top floor. I will be more than happy to help carry your suitcase(s), but I apologise if you find stairs difficult as this property has a few! Other things to note Please let me know if you have any questions or special requests :) Please note there is a no outdoor shoe policy inside the house - I have very light coloured carpets!
