Make this your home base to the American Southwest. This home is frequently rented by groups visiting Hueco Tanks, out of town business guests, families coming from out of town, wedding and quinceañera groups. Entry Enter to a large Mexican inspired room. Sit and enjoy some vinyl records. Entry closet contains pack n play, stair gates, and child booster seat. Kitchen and Living Room The kitchen is located just past the stairs, and has a large island with seating. There is every utensil needed to make delicious meals. Extra large drip coffee maker with all the necessities. Guest can sit at the bar height table by the breakfast nook, or on the luxe sofa and chair. Everyone has a view of the TV from this open spaced home. There is wine glasses and opener in the cabinets. Laundry and Half Bath A half bath is located opposite of the laundry room. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer, and the laundry closet has extra suppliers; towels, first aid kit, iron and ironing board. There is a vacuum, broom, and duster available for use. Main Bedroom The Main bedroom is located downstairs. A giant king bed with comfortable mattress is waiting for you to get a full night's sleep. There is a desk, mirror and lamp next to the bed. And a reading chair with ottoman and lamp near the large window completes the space. Included is a 55in smart TV above the dresser. A walk in closet with luggage rack and hangers is available. The adjacent ensuite has double sinks, huge mirror, hair dryer, separate shower, and spa tub! The spa tub is controlled by a switch and push button. The spa has 6 jets, with a control setting for the speed. Upstairs Loft Continue upstairs and to the right is a great hang out spot. The loft over has games, 65in Smart TV, futon, and table. Bedrooms The two bedrooms adjacent the loft have queen beds, desks, lamps, and mirrors. The closets have a 6 cube cubby for organizing your items. Each room has it's own luggage rack. The third bedroom has a queen bed, luggage rack and closet with cubby organization. All these rooms have a 32in smart TV. Upstairs Bathroom Standard 3 piece bathroom. Hair dryer and bathroom closet with extra towels. Multibed/space room Triple twin beds with extra large bean bags. Large 65in Smart TV, dresser, and 9 cube cubby. Luggage rack included. Backyard The backyard has a fully covered patio with outdoor seating, and dining table. The grill area has a large cooler and a dart board. Multiple games such as corn hole can be played on the soft artificial grass. The fire pit area has 4 Adirondack chairs. A privacy fence with string lights provides the ambiance for a perfect evening. Turn on the patio lights for a relaxing evening with friends and family. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, under stairs closet, and HVAC/Water heater closets. The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. Park an RV or travel trailer on the driveway. NO vehicles past the gate. Other things to note 48A EV Charger located on the side of the home next to the garage. Contact host for access. The charger is compatible with all Tesla vehicles and non-Tesla vehicles if you have an adapter. Charger is available day or night. We ask that when you are done, place the charging cable back in the box and set the code to 000. Child travel pack and play, booster seat, stair gates and plug covers available. NO garage access.
