Lovely 1 room houseboat with terraces

Lovely quiet base for two adults to discover Brabant and surroundings, including by bike. The houseboat is located in the Afgedamde Maas in Veen (N-Br). Near's-Hertogenbosch and Waalwijk, the historic towns of Heusden and Woudrichem and National Park de Biesbosch. For golf enthusiasts, the golf courses of De Haverleij ('s-Hertogenbosch), Almkreek (Almkerk) and Rosmalen are nearby. To be booked in May through September, minimum stay 1 week, arrival and departure Friday. The space On the aft deck of the boat, there is a dining table with 2 chairs. The aft deck is enclosed by a deck tent. The kitchen is located in the "wheelhouse" and is fully equipped (pans, glasses, refrigerator, electric oven, gas stove and kitchen appliances). In the cabin, there is a lovely lounge sofa and a spacious double box spring (1.80x2.00). There is a small bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink. The houseboat has two private terraces, downstairs terrace with picnic table and round dining table with 4 chairs. An upper terrace with a round dining table with 4 chairs, a daybed, a hammock and a lounge sofa. Two parasols are provided. The terraces are completely enclosed and are right on the water, and there is a private jetty. The boat has a kayak for two people and a SUP. Plenty of cycling possibilities from the location. Guest access The terraces, boat and jetty are located on private property and are fully accessible to guests. The grounds can be closed by a gate. The free and private parking space is located opposite the private property. Other things to note The nicest restaurants are about 20 minutes' drive.
