The space A sense of luxurious spaciousness awaits you as soon as you set foot into this beautiful villa in Fannie Bay. Drop your bags and head out to the back patio for a welcoming swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a leisurely lunch at the eight-seater outdoor dining table. A comfortable and modern lounge room with a wall-mounted TV equipped with Netflix is the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Fannie Bay. Whip up delicious dinner in the fully furnished and open kitchen, featuring a beautiful white stone topped floating island and breakfast bar stools. The adjacent timber dining table seats eight. A dedicated study desk near the entrance promises few interruptions for those working from home. The primary bedroom offers a roomy king bed for those who like to stretch out, plenty of storage space and a TV for watching in bed before you nod off to sleep. The attached ensuite bathroom offers a shower, mirrored vanity and sink, and toilet. Two other bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, while the versatile fourth bedroom offers a king-sized bed which can be split into two singles upon request, along with a mounted TV to help you relax. The main bathroom offers a large combination bath-shower with a rainfall shower-head, his-and-hers sinks and vanity, and a toilet. Throw on a quick load of washing with the in-unit washing machine. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. The living room sliding door is the pool gate and one side should be kept closed at all times. For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees: - Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay. - Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $225 per cleaning. Both fees must be paid in advance at least 14 days before check-in to avoid booking cancellation. Thank you.
