The space - Upstairs Master Suite - This modern and spacious suite offers a KING size Tempur-Pedic bed, (be careful... you wont want to wake up). It also offers a living room with couches, and indoor hammock, and a brand new HDTV. A full size restroom with shower. and a full size kitchen with a brand new stove and refrigerator. A sliding glass door leads you into our beautiful patio deck, from there you can see the stunning beach, pool, and your guest. Enjoy a coffee, book, or laptop time in the patio furniture while you feel the breeze of the ocean and unwind. This suite offers extra space for sleeping. Available air mattress will be located in the closet if needed. Couch also turns into a bed. - Room #2 - Located next to the master suite is our second bedroom. Amenities include a full size restroom with a shower along with a night stand and a queen size bed. - Room #3 - Conveniently located downstairs, this bedroom offers two queen size beds, a night stand, and a full size restroom with a shower. - Room #4 - Downstairs room offers a queen size bed, a night stand, and a full size restroom with shower. - Open pool area - Enjoy time with your guest and family outdoors in the shaded open area downstairs. You will have the full size patio kitchen at your disposal, along with the pool and beach access. This is the perfect spot for everyone to hang out and party. There will be a Bluetooth music player available to guest and a fridge to keep all your drinks cold - House rules. Please be careful with kids and seniors when using the pool and stairs. Be mindful of the property. Any damages caused to the property will need to be reimbursed. Playing music anytime of the day and night is ok but not too loud. Be respectful of neighbors.
