Jalan Adams Joyful guesthouse offers accommodation with FREE WIFI, TV and drawer cupboard in each room and each room also with air-conditional. Joyful guesthouse consists of 16 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and guest can enjoy their meal at our pantry room too. Joyful guesthouse is suitable for holiday ,business trip and also medical travel. The space My house is three storey house, and is just renovated with cozy style. Your room will be located at 2nd floor of the house with 2 single size bed which is good for couples or buddy . Your air conditioned room comes with a sofa and a clothes drawer as you see in the photos. You will have direct sunlight in the morning, if you need more sleep, please bring along an eye-mask. Besides, prepare your own earplug just in case you have to use it. We hope to provide a comfy staying environment to our guests. Guest access Guests have access to the common area at ground floor where they can hangout. Amenities such as living hall, dining area and kitchen are communally shared. This unit is also a shared unit with other guests who have booked the other rooms. 1) Books lover can pick a book they love from the bookshelf to have a read. 2) Dining are consist of water dispenser (Cuckoo) 3) KITCHEN - Kitchenette consists of a refrigerator, gas cooker, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, kitchenware/utensils. You're welcome to cook in the kitchen, please clean up after used. For your convenience, I will prepare enough oil, salt, and sugar. 3) SHOWER - Complimentary toiletries include towels, toilet papers, shampoo, and body wash, and even hair dryer is also provided. Most importantly, Wifi is available in the room as well. Other things to note 1) Self check in instruction will send to guest after booking is made 2) Please kindly keep voices low after 10PM and respect other guests in the house. 3) Guests are request to turn off the room lights and air-conditioning when they leaving the room to go out. 4) We shall charge RM50 for any lost key for replacing cost of lockset. 5) Parents or elders must carefully look after their own children, we will not be liable for any accidents due to naughtiness of kids. 6) Any illegal behavior is not allowed in Joyful Guesthouse. 7) CCTV : 24hrs @ Public Area Front Door : Card Access Control System
