You will also find sliding door outside access to the front courtyard through this room. In this room & throughout the home you will find high-speed wireless internet. FRONT YARD - In the front of the home you will find 2 beautiful synthetic wicker, cushioned chaise lounge chairs, lovely plants, cacti and shade trees, to include a fragrant lime tree. Just steps out of the front gate and to the right, you will find yourself 40 feet from the Tierra Verde lake. Surrounding the lake are beautiful walk/ bike paths leading you through the picturesque neighborhood Litchfield park. Just west of the lake you will find a large green space and a lovely park filled with park benches, a picnic table and playground equipment. Just 2 blocks north you could stroll to the local cafe for a cup of coffee on the front patio, or you may decide to eat dinner at the popular Papa Pauls Italian restaurant, and you may be enticed to try the local TCB brewery or choose to visit Red's Bar & Grill. Golf & tennis access can be easily found at our the famous Wigwam Resort. If you desire to take a refreshing dip in the local pool, the Litchfield Parks & Rec center is only 2 blocks away. BACK YARD - You will also find a number of plants and trees in the back yard, along with a outdoor dining table & chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or tea. HALL CLOSET - Here you will find a broom, dustpan, map, bucket, games, yoga mats, ice chest, & tennis rackets. Guest access You will have access to the entire fenced front/back yard and home. There is 2-car covered parking beneath the carport as well as additional parking on the street.
