Seven Farms Double Stay

Tucked in beautiful Mangualde, Seven Farms offers modern and comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms for families, friends, and solo travellers. Offering many facilities such as a shared living, kitchen and dining area, an outdoor pool, a game room, and a gym, it is also conveniently located near the train station (3mins) and many other shops and attractions like the beach and Dolmen Cunha Baixa. The space Welcome to Seven Farm! This double bedroom is perfect for friends and couples on a country retreat. Featuring a queen bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as a hairdryer. Towels will also be provided for your convenience. The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy access to Wi-Fi, private indoor parking, access to the gym, and a refreshing outdoor saltwater pool during your stay. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! However, please note that you are sharing the common areas with other guests, so do be mindful of it. During your stay I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you with assistance any time of the day. Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
