Breathtaking views are enjoyed from every room, even when sitting in the spa bath or playing the piano. The house is surrounded by private landscaped gardens with a tennis court, undercover picnic/ bbq area, courtyard and indoor pool. The games room has a beautiful mahogany 7ft pool table, TV and xbox. There is also a ping pong table and basketball hoop in the garage. The house is walking distance to the famous Sherbrooke forest , cafes, and a short drive to the puffing billy train station. The space Well appointed private home on large grounds with tennis court, piano, indoor pool, bbq area, courtyard, large study, wifi, views and more. Guest access You get the whole estate. Other things to note No parties. No schoolies. No loud noise after 8pm and before 10 am. The house is in a quiet residential area, because of the valley noise travels and all guests must be mindful of this. If you wish to have a function here or use the house for any reason other than as a family holiday, and are happy to abide by the noise restrictions, please speak with us about your needs prior to booking. We generally welcome wedding groups and retreats but will need to know your specific needs, plans and group size. The house would be good as a working from home base with the large study.
