Sea Glass Green Suite & Private Bath (Women only)

Only women guests accepted. Sea Green Glass Suite and Private bathroom next door are on the first floor of a two-story home. The rooms have comfortable beds and seating for relaxing or watching TV using your streaming accounts. Rooms are equipped with heaters and humidifiers for personal control. Elegant home in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. There are fruit trees, birds, and dragonflies! Longer, multi-month stays preferred, extending as you go is fine. Children only with full home rental. The space This is a colonial home with a large front and back yard. It has a wrap-around porch and wooden deck in the back, as well as a pergola. There is no garage but there’s a long, wide driveway so multiple cars can park comfortably. The private room in this listing is on the first floor, to the left, past the coat closet in the entryway. The private bathroom is right next to the room with a door in the small hallway that connects to the host bedroom. This room has a twin xl bed with a thick mattress pad, a loveseat in front of the TV, a desk, and a kitchenette. There is also a walk-in closet with a small dresser for guest use. Guest access You’ll have access to the room you select, a private bathroom adjacent to your bedroom, and the full kitchen on the first floor. You can also spend time on the porch and the backyard, which includes a pergola and deck. I have portable rocking chairs if you want to sit on the back deck or pergola. Let me know and I will share them. During your stay I'm usually in the house since I work remotely. I travel sometimes so I'll let you know if you'll be alone or not. I may be around to greet you when you check in but otherwise, am happy to keep to myself. If you need anything, messaging through the app works best but if you see me in the living room or kitchen, feel free to let me know how I can help you. I have an office downstairs and am usually in meetings throughout the afternoon but monitor for messages regularly. All rooms have their own TVs, including mine so the common space is pretty calm and quiet. Other things to note I welcome your use of the kitchen but do ask that you refrain from preparing meals with strong odors. If that's something you want/need to do, I have a single-burner camp stove we can set up on the back deck. Just let me know!
