Full cookware and dishware sets are provided. The dining table can accommodate 8 pax. In addition to the main range, there is a four-slot toaster, coffee machine and coffee pods for your exclusive use. You will also find olive oil, vinegar, and other spices readily available for your immediate cooking needs. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a sectional sofa and a 55 inch TV with NETFLIX. DECK: There is a private deck with deck furniture, where you can enjoy the breeze coming from the trees in the backyard (Deck furniture is put away during the winter). BEDROOM 1: This is the master bedroom with an inclining king-size bed, a 55 inch TV, a baby crib, and an in-suite jacuzzi. BEDROOM 2: This bedroom has queen-size bed. BEDROOM 3: This bedroom is designed for kids and it includes a twin bunk bed with Nautica bedding for kids. FOR BABIES/KIDS: We have a crib with both boy and girl bedding and a high chair. GAME ROOM: The lower floor has a billiard table and another 55 inch TV over the Fireplace. BUSINESS CORNER: There is a business desk at the corner of the game room with a printer connected to the WI-FI network where you can print business materials for your work. LINENS: All beds has freshly washed cotton linens. LAUNDRY: Laundry offers a washer and dryer with all necessary cleaning materials. CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR YOUR USE: I put hand sanitizer in each room for your personal use. You will also have access to extra cleaning supplies and sanitizers during your stay (located in the laundry room) ***** Cleaning fee does NOT cover the dishes. Please be advised that there is NO other camera or security device inside the house. CHECKING OUT: On the day of check out, please do the following. 1- Close all windows, doors 2- Clean all the dishes, and organize the kitchen the way you found 3- Please do not leave any food in the kitchen, on the counter. 4- Please collect all bagged trash, put them in the main container in the garbage room. 5- Please do NOT forget any personal belongings. Cleaning staff will trash anything left behind. For this reason, please be respectful to our neighbors. Please turn down your stereo volume while driving, or inside the house. 2- When you drive around, please drive responsibly. Deers are everywhere and they own the land. We are their guests, all together :-). Pocono offers many attractions, all in a short distance. In addition to Camel Back Resorts, and Kalahari, in a 10-25 minutes distance, you can also enjoy Bushkill falls&trails, rafting, antique shops. The entire list of attractions will be provided upon your arrival. If your visit in racing season, Pocono Raceway (NASCAR's Tricky Triangle Racetrack) is just 7 miles away. There is an organic farm shop just across the Pocono Raceway. 1- Guests are expected not to do any alterations to the current setup of the home. Please leave the home in the same condition we delivered to you. 2- No smoking or vaping inside the house, including the deck: $500 fee for violators. 3- The house is photographed before the check-in and after the check-out. Any damage and additional cleaning costs will be removed from your security deposit. 4- Please park cars only in the driveway (max 4 cars) 5- When all showers are used at the same time, or when you use the jacuzzi, it may take some time for the water heater to keep up. Give it some time to heat the tank again (up to half an hour or so).
