It has 1 bathrooms to wash up after a day on the water, a well-equipped kitchen to whip up a great breakfast and a living area with room for a movie night in. Please note that Goose is located within a 4 unit lodge building and is on the bottom floor, as a result there is more noise transfer than with stand alone cottages. Outside amenities such as the sandy beach, water trampolines, floating and stationary docks, watercraft, kids play chalet and the beach volleyball court are shared with other guests of the resort. Other things to note RULES TO AGREE UPON ONCE RENTING THE COTTAGE: 1. It is a family resort cottage so please remain respectful to your neighbours and our next door property neighbours. 2. Please respect the noise bylaws and keep noise/music levels at a minimum past 10PM and take your party inside. 3. There is NO evening or night Swimming. 4. All pets are to be on a leash while on resort grounds and poop and scoop after your pet is in full effect at the property. 5. No smoking inside the cottage or Shared Resort Grounds such as the docks, beach, play area, etc,. Smoking is permitted ONLY on your cottage outdoor deck (please do not leave the butts on the ground) 6. Please note all water sports, toys and activities are to be used at your own risk. There will be various lifejackets to use, however, it is MANDATORY that anyone who uses the watercraft must wear a lifejacket. It is encouraged to bring your own to guarantee a lifejacket will fit. 7. If the outside patio furniture or chairs are moved throughout the day, please put everything back where they belong by the end of the day. This is to ensure that none of the furniture is picked up by the water current or changes in active weather. 8. If any cigarette butts are found on property grounds from any smoking materials, a $250 fee will be charged to guests for the cleanup. 9. Please make sure to register your furry pets as there is an extra $75 charge for pet stays. 10. Please report any damages as soon as they occur. 11. We do not have laundry services onsite. There is a Laundromat in Gravenhurst should a guest need to do an emergency load. 12. Please note that our property does not allow boom box speakers outside of your cottage as we want all our guests and neighbours to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful nature which surrounds our resort.
