17th century half-timbered house in Saint Brieuc city center

Welcome to the Astrophe, a 17th century half-timbered house, in the heart of the city of Saint Brieuc (quiet and yet a 2-minute walk to the town hall, cathedral and city center, and a 10-minute walk to the TGV station). 3 bedrooms, including a bedroom and living room suite with hand wash, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and a large kitchen open to the living room, with a children's corner. We put our hearts into making a cozy and welcoming house, where we hope you will feel at home. The space On the ground floor you will find a living room, kitchen, and children's corner, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom toilet. On the 2nd floor the suite under the rooftops, with its seating area. All beds are fitted with Emma and Tediber mattresses, and very comfortable cotton gauze sheets & duvet covers. The first set of bed linen and towels for 2 people is included in the asking price. If you wish to occupy more than one room, a surcharge of €10 per person per day will apply. The house was renovated in 2022 and equipped with double glazing, and is located on a quiet street 2 steps from the city center. Other things to note Access to the washing machine and dryer is by going down to the basement. This is an old house: watch your head when going down!
