Best Ocean Views! A five star ⭐️ stay for responsible guests on a budget! Sleeps up to 5! Secluded private studio on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Large patio w/easy chairs facing the ocean. The house is built on a secluded private peninsula with no neighbors. You will have the entire studio to yourself. The studio includes Wi-Fi, TV, a/c, two queen beds, a sofa bed, loveseat, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Hot tub overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the seabreeze & sound of the ocean! The space The studio has two comfortable queen size beds side by side, one fold out futon couch, one loveseat, high speed Internet, Roku TV, Split AC, rotating fan, kitchenette with 2 ceramic hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, small fridge silverware, cups, plates, and a few pots and pans for simple meals. It also has a large hot tub in the patio with ocean views, small barbecue grill next to the patio outside and easy chairs. Clean Towels and linens, bar and liquid soaps are also provided. Ocean views from all angles. Secluded and peaceful in an area of nature preserve (ambiental). The studio is attached to the house but with it’s own private entrance and locked box code. It is oceanfront but no access to the beach as it is up in a 300 ft cliff peninsula. A car is a must ! Guest access There is a large wooden gate next to the white stone wall at the Street entrance. If the wooden gate is closed, you can slide it open and then close it behind you. It is a safe neighborhood however we like to keep the gate closed at night to keep the stray dogs out. The studio has its own private entrance. It has its own private parking in a gravel parking lot near the main entrance. It has a key lock box next to the door for access anytime day or night. Other things to note Before you book make sure this listing matches your expectations: This Airbnb has a million dollar view, it’s clean and comfortable with all the amenities already mentioned but it is no 5 star hotel and neither is the price! On occasion a bug or gecko lizard may enter without permission, despite our efforts. So it’s important to keep all doors and windows closed, avoid crumbs and clean up spills immediately to prevent bugs/ ants from coming into the house.
